Perpetual Philanthropy

Endowment (waqf) is a type of sustainable charitable giving that is held in a perpetual trust for specific philanthropic causes while the original donation remains intact. Designed to create a sustainable and perpetual source of income to support HHRD’s operational costs for programs and campaigns, it allows 100% of donor funds to go towards helping our beneficiaries. How Does It Work?

Endless Charitable Giving

The HHRD Endowment Fund is based on voluntary contributions from individuals, businesses, and institutions committed to supporting humanitarian causes. Donors make a gift of money, property or other assets that are invested in sharia-compliant instruments to generate ongoing returns. The earnings from this investment are then reinvested in the fund, used towards programs of donors’ choices, and used to offset of HHRD’s operational costs for programs and campaigns. Learn More
