Bashar Killawi, recounts his challenging journey. Having lost his father in Syria at the age of five, Bashar and his family sought refuge in Jordan amidst the war's turmoil in 2012. Their struggles continued until they found support through Helping Hand. Sponsored by the Orphans Support Program in 2016, Bashar excelled academically with a strong desire for learning. Despite financial constraints, Helping Hand extended aid through Higher Education Support, granting him a full scholarship to pursue Artificial Intelligence at Alzarqa University. Graduating in 2023, Bashar secured an opportunity for a postgraduate master's degree in Japan, sponsored by (JICA) Japan International Cooperation Agency – Jordan Branch. Expressing profound gratitude to Helping Hand's donors, Bashar looks forward to embarking on his Master's journey in Japan in 2024. He conveys blessings and appreciation, acknowledging the pivotal role of generous donors in his success.
